As we wrap up a full day in India—soaked in sadhana, connection with local children, and group celebration—I'm feeling the beautiful, bittersweet weight of everything I’ve taken on. Holding space for retreats, shadow work, my teacher’s teachings, and my community back home has reminded me that sometimes my heart is bigger than my brain. And while my commitments sometimes feel stretchy, this is the journey I chose and one I am fully showing up for. The Rhythm of Growth: Riding Waves of Expansion and Simplicity 🌿 In my journey, I see this rhythm emerge—a cycle of taking on more, pushing to the edge, and then finding a new baseline where my capacity feels aligned and at ease. India has amplified this pattern, with each commitment revealing both the beauty of new growth and the need to recalibrate. Soon, I’ll return home, where I can ease into simplicity and a slower pace. Yet each peak of intensity leaves me standing on higher ground, my capacity for life’s responsibilities and gifts expanded. It’s a dance of contraction and expansion, one that I am deeply grateful for, even in the most challenging moments. Living from the Heart: Trusting My Capacity to Hold More 🌱 True service requires stretching our hearts beyond what the mind can fully contain. Leading retreats, holding space for my community, and honoring my own spiritual commitments have all reminded me of the resilience that’s built each time I take on what seems “too much.” This path calls me to navigate from my heart, trusting that each phase of growth will settle into a new level of spaciousness and balance. As I hold this current load, I’m grateful for the strength that comes from honoring commitments, even when the journey feels intense. And I invite you to reflect with me—how do you lean into your own capacity, and what rhythm of expansion and rest works for you?
