I finally got a chance to record a podcast with Josh.  He is great fun to chat with and has also produced a classic in the field.  If you do not have a copy of Refactoring to Patterns grab one for yourself or someone who develops code for a living.  We chatted about his companies new e-learning offering, certification and scaling teaching.
