A New Exhibition Celebrating the Life of Poet Gwendolyn Brooks
All Of It - A podcast by WNYC
A Poet's Work in Community, a new exhibition at The Morgan, celebrates the life and work of American poet Gwendolyn Brooks (1917–2000). It's comprised of more than forty manuscripts, broadsides, and first editions, and tells the story of Brooks emergence as a mentor to aspiring Black artists. Curator Nic Caldwell joins us to discuss the exhibition, which is on view until June 5.
