All Of It - A podcast by WNYC
Khaled Hosseini's wildly popular 2003 novel The Kite Runner has now been adapted into a show on Broadway. Adapted for the stage by Matthew Spangler and starring Amir Arison as a young boy growing up in Kabul just before the onset of war in Afghanistan, it tells the story of his complicated relationship with his young servant and friend, Hassan. Spangler and Arison join us to discuss the show, which plays at the Hayes theater through October 30th. This segment is guest-hosted by David Furst.
