Laura Whitmore is one of the UK's best known TV presenters. She started her career at MTV and has since gone on to host ITV's I'm A Celebrity, The BRITs, BAFTA and has also appeared as a contestant on BBC 1's Strictly Come Dancing.In this episode we talk about Laura's childhood in Bray, Ireland and university years in Dublin before winning a competition to become the face of MTV. She's a huge fan of running, yoga and food to make her feel great.
