In episode 32 I got the chance to talk to Ruchin Shah, Senior Interaction Designer at Frog India who joined the Bangalore studio when it was being set up and was an active contributor in scaling up the studio and its culture. He shares his personal experience and journey as a designers getting international work experience at already an early time in his career and how it shaped him. In regards of that he shares learnings of cultural differences that he sees when with international clients from different parts of the world. We also dive into how he sees the design education maturity and value of design in India and how he sees the design community in India evolving moving forward.
