If a doctor is fired from a hospital, you have to do two things: the first, is to report them to the state medical board. Baylor-Plano did not do that to Dr. Duntsch. They also did not do the second, which is report him to the National Practitioner Data Bank. This is how hospitals keep up doctor’s records - and prevent them from sneaking from hospital to hospital.
