This episode is really geared towards that sales rep that wants to move into management at some point. This idea of sharing is exactly what slowed my progression into the role. Management and leadership, at least good leadership, is all about making other people successful. The leader is a coach. If the players don’t get better, it’s hard for the team to win and the coach to be successful.
