63 - So You Have a Bad Boss

At some point in your career, you may have had a bad boss. It’s going to happen. After all, we are humans. We are not all alike and there will be times when you work with or work for someone that you just don’t align with. Have you had a bad boss? Overbearing? Micromanager? Unreasonable? It can be draining. By now, many of you have heard some stat or quote about the reason people leave a job is because of their manager. They leave for some emotional challenge with their manager, and then justify with some other logic – Better money, better advancement, or career opportunity, getting more experience on the resume.
