Janae’s journey into sales leadership began in the military. Leading teams, quick decision-making, and excellent communication skills were just a few proficiencies she took away from her service and has allowed her to grow into the passionate leader she is today, with over 20+ years of sales and leadership experience.   Ultimately, she landed in the sales development program at Citrix where she spent the next 11 years. Today, she focuses heavily on DE&I and Veterans initiatives and increasing visibility and diversity in the workplace. She leads the Digital Sales Development team globally for IBM.
