Abstaining From Alcohol with Cole Herrera

Integrative Thoughts - A podcast by Matt Coffman - Vineri

Alcohol is a normalized habitual tradition that is used around the world to bring people together. From holidays, birthday parties, to social gatherings, more likely than not you will see alcohol consumption. Why is it so normalized in our society? I personally believe getting drunk stops you from reaching maximum potential. You are not open to receive all the infinite information the universe is trying to send you when you are getting black out wasted. It stops your production, mental processing, and disrupts your flow state. Aside from being a dangerous neurotoxin, alcohol just doesn't seem to have that much of a place in my life anymore. I occasionally enjoy red wine from time to time, but getting drunk does not feel right to me anymore. Cole and I dig into what it is like to abstain from alcohol.   Get in touch with Cole: Instagram @gypsysoulcole
