Today, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Spain Arancha González Laya paid a visit to Latvia to mark the centenary of diplomatic relations between Spain and Latvia. She met with the country's top officials and discussed bilateral relations, foreign policy and events in Russia and Ukraine. At present, the NATO battle group in Ādaži also includes more than 300 Spanish soldiers, but due to the restrictions of the pandemic, the Minister did not visit the soldiers this time.
