Take a deep breath, and let it fill your being. PAUSE As you gather yourself mentally and emotionally, take another deep breath, and bring everything  into focus for this meditation. PAUSE Take a moment, and visualize the inside of your home. And, as you do, breath and see yourself walking through your home. PAUSE Imagine being in a room with photographs, pictures that capture favorite moments in time. Feel those precious moments. PAUSE Then, see yourself moving to the living room and finding your favorite place to sit. Snuggle up in the chair or couch, and allow yourself to feel the comfort and security. PAUSE Then move to the kitchen, where you smell  your favorite dinner simmering on the stove and baking in the oven Breathe in the wonderful aroma. PAUSE Imagine now, moving to the bedroom, where your day  begins and ends. PAUSE Run your hand  over the comforter or duvet, taking in the soft warmth. Open the closet where your clothes hang, and imagine pulling out your favorite outfit and putting it on. Look in the mirror, gazing at your  beauty in this outfit. and feel the confidence flow. PAUSE Now, breathe. Breathe again, and let yourself absorb all the wonder  of these parts of you– all these pieces  that help make you  who you truly are. And take a minute to express your gratitude. Let it fill you full… as the day awaits your entry.
