PAUSE... Then close your eyes, Allow your awareness to center in on your breathing. PAUSE... Honor the breath of life, going in and out. PAUSE... In and out. LONG PAUSE... We are connected. To each other. To Mother Earth. To the Universe.  PAUSE… So allow yourself to settle,  And connect deeply to the support beneath you.  PAUSE… See if you can imagine, A warm energy connecting you to the Earth below you.  PAUSE… You can slowly see a deep root system below you, Connecting you to the plants, The animals, And the waters. Feel into this connection, This relationship with the Earth. LONG PAUSE… Now imagine this same energy, Connecting you to others. First to those dearest and closest to you, Then to acquaintances, And then to those you’ve never met.  Become aware of this connection, And your relationship with each of them.  LONG PAUSE… When we are mindful of our relationships,  Our connections with others, We are reminded at how similar we are, And how intertwined our lives are.  And we can find more space for love, Patience, And Respect. We can encourage ourselves to evolve, To be better,  To be kinder,  To be gentler, To be more giving.  Namaste, Beautiful.   💗💗💗 Check out all the deals from our incredible sponsors here! --> https://womensmeditationnetwork.com/sponsors 💗💗💗 Check out all of our other podcasts at https://womensmeditationnetwork.com To learn more about listener data and our privacy practices visit: https://www.audacyinc.com/privacy-policy Learn more about your ad choices.
