PAUSE Hearing only the flow of breath,  in,  and out, quiet your mind.  PAUSE You are a steady stream of quiet,  on a busy path of noise. PAUSE  Be still in your peace, and breathe in the tranquility that comes, when everything is still around you. Quiet, and serene. PAUSE Be hushed but persistent in your intention,  and send away the thoughts that begin to fill up your mind with noise.  PAUSE  Quiet your mind, and draw your attention to your heart.  LONG PAUSE Focus on the rising and falling of your chest,  and place a hand over your heart. Noticing nothing but the sounds of silence, and the rhythm of your heartbeat.
