PAUSE Breathe, and stay with the feelings, as you feel a light  opening within you. PAUSE Breath deep, and envision yourself on a walk through a  neighborhood, at dawn. PAUSE The first threads  of sunlight gently push through the night, and an pinkish orange sky forms a canopy above you. PAUSE As you walk, you hear the  unmistakable noise of the street cleaners. They are cleaning a street nearby, and their whirring noise will be on your street soon. PAUSE As you walk, a little dog peeks out of a half-open window and begins to bark. He stops when you smile at him, and instead, wags his tail. PAUSE A neighbor in a bathrobe hurries to bring his garbage can to the street, and another woman waves as she sweeps off the porch of her bungalow. PAUSE You turn the corner to another street where a small cafe sets tables out  on the sidewalk, readying for the  morning rush. PAUSE The owner of the cafe sees you and nods. You go inside for a cup of coffee. A young girl with a nose ring smiles  and sets your coffee on the counter. As you drink the  steaming lifeblood, you walk slowly back to your house. PAUSE The sun has risen more, and hints of blue sky are now visible. And, as you reach your house, you raise your head to the sky and thank the Universe for your little neighborhood. You can already tell It's going to be a great day.
