PAUSE Keep breathing, and let yourself just relax, just feel at peace. Enjoy it. PAUSE Now, imagine, if you can a scene from winter. Tall tree branches, bare and spiking toward the sky. A gray aura gently wrapped around the world. A chill embedded in the air. And, yet, there is a restfulness about the world, a quiet peace. PAUSE Now, imagine a time in your life when you needed to give yourself a space like winter, a space to rest, or heal, or just be at peace. PAUSE Now, breathe, and while breathing, set an intention to allow yourself to experience winter whenever you need to. PAUSE Breathe. And, imagine, if you can, a vibrant spring blooming all around you. Trees coming back to life with buds on them. Flowers opening in a kaleidoscope of color. A hint of warmth in the air. PAUSE Now, imagine a time in your life when you needed some energy like spring– feeling alive and vibrant. PAUSE Now, breathe, and while breathing, set an intention to allow yourself to experience spring whenever you need to. PAUSE Breathe, and, as you do, imagine a  warm, fun-filled summer. A time for gatherings such as picnics and barbecues. A time for vacations. A time to laugh and be outside. PAUSE Now, imagine a time in your life when you needed the fun and whimsy of summer– a time to just play or to get away. PAUSE Now, breathe, and while breathing, set an intention to allow yourself to experience summer whenever you need to. PAUSE Breathe, and, as you do, imagine a  beautiful autumn, with colored leaves, delicious apple and pumpkin, and feelings of joy and anticipation of the holidays. PAUSE Now, breathe, and while breathing, set an intention to allow yourself to experience autumn whenever you need to. PAUSE Take a moment and reflect on the seasons- how each season brings its own energy to you. And, remember,  the four seasons don't just live outside you;  they live within you. All you have to do  is call on them anytime you need their energy. Now and always.
