"Eller doing Eller things" or "Life lessons with Eller" are commonly known phrases in the Fountain Inn region of South Carolina. Stephen Eller, a 12 year firefighter, 10 years with the Fountain Inn, SC Fire Department, has fallen hard for the job. His passion for training and his dedication to pushing himself to do more and be more has made Eller a very likable guy. His demeanor and inquisitive nature makes learning and teaching fun. He believes in the fundamentals of the job and ensuring we protect these sacred values. His position within the department allows him to bridge the gap between young and old. Integrity matters to Eller; do what you say and say what you do. If you talk about, be about it. "Each one, teach one", a long standing Eller belief that we all have an obligation to educate and influence at least one person along our journey. Stephen Eller is making an impact, one firefighter at a time. His Upstate Rogues training group sets out each weekend finding an audience and place where they can all dive in and love the job together. His mentors have done him well and it's exciting to see the impact he makes over the next many years of his career. -- Find Stephen Eller on social media to continue the conversation.
