Now on his second career in the fire service, Jason Erban can't get enough of the fire service. As a retired Lieutenant from the Warwick, RI Fire Department and now a Firefighter in New London, CT, Jason is in the unique position to take what he has learned during his first career and apply it to his second. His love of being a senior man in his current department led to our conversation about embracing failures, pushing each other to be better and to always celebrate our success. Personal accountability makes the individual stronger which makes the job stronger. His passion for teaching has opened the conversation about "Operational Reality", finding the curriculum that best suits each firefighter based on their situation.
