Another one of Ed Mays incredible murals, the USS New Jersey was hand painted on Bellevilles ladder truck before it was to be destroyed for parts. Members recognized the true value of Ed's work and were truly proud of their apparatus, so they couldn't see this amazing painting be destroyed upon retirement of the rig.
