Rich Driscoll is a 26 year veteran of the fire service currently serving as a District Chief of the Hartford, CT Fire Department. His career has been spent in busy engine companies and truck companies until his recent promotion to District Chief. As an active member of the Charter Oak FOOLS and an instructor with On Scene Training Associates, District Chief Driscoll talks about his career and the senior men who help shape his love for the job.
