In this episode we talk about the heavy responsibility Jeff and his team bear with the Firefighter Behavioral Health Alliance in providing education on suicide prevention and mental health. Jeff hit on issues and solutions such as Cognitive Disconnect, our own Internal Size Up, Self Care vs Self Awareness and how we should be direct but at the same time challenge with compassion our brothers and sisters who we are concerned about.
