Chief Palmer is a 28 year veteran serving as the Citywide Shift Commander and has previously served as the Deputy Chief of the Training Division. A decorated firefighter and line officer, Deputy Chief Palmer has overwhelming passion for the job and continues to pursue furthering his education. He is currently attending the National Fire Academy for their Executive Fire Officer Program. Deputy Chief Palmer hits on so many topics.
