A fresh set of eyes can rock the boat and hold people or organizations accountable for how they operate. Without knowing the status quo, a new look at a situation or operation can bring an immediate change of perspective but beware, most organizations that are complacent and stuck does not want fresh eyes peering inward. Confidence and endorsement encourages new ideas, review of existing guidelines and the desire for growth.
