118. Imposter Syndrome, Revisited

We don't always get it right the first time, that's a given!! On a recent podcast titled, "Don't Skip the Process; Imposter Syndrome", Rob and Jeremy spoke about faking it on the job. The idea that entitlement and "faking it" were somehow acceptable in this job. After the episode, many members of our NFR community reached out to mention that Imposter Syndrome had a different meaning and, in fact, is alittle bit different than what we discussed on the first episode. Therefore, we dove in, did some homework and this episode is a revisit to the topic.
