Director Oliver Stone talks nuclear power — EU economy chief Paolo Gentiloni

He explains to POLITICO's Jakob Hanke Vela that the EU needs to loosen the bloc's state aid rules to compete with American subsidies and make sure poorer EU countries aren't left behind in the green transition.
