In some of the best news to hit this year..... Whitebait could be available all year round. The first land-based commercial whitebait farm is launching in Bluff. Manāki Whitebair project manager Paul Decker joins us to tell more. And New Zealand’s first large-scale vertical farm will start production at Hamilton this month.
