This episode begins with Alex Lowndes, The UK GYM SAVIOUR, on a radio show discussing why he isnt closing his gym Gainz Fitness and Strength.  Janine and I discuss the U.K. going back into lockdown number 2, and how its affecting us mentally.  we talk about life and aspirations post covid and even give you a little ballad at the end just to sing goodbye for the time being.
