ALL ACCESS w/ Aditi – Aditi said she would not have played things the same way if she was Art Rooney when he was talking to the media about Aaron Rodgers yesterday. Aditi said it’s a dangerous game to play with Rodgers if the ink isn’t dry on that paper. Aditi described Rodgers as a ‘master manipulator.’ Aditi talked about the Steelers options at QB. Donny Football Debrief – Micah Parsons is battling it out with Jerry Jones. Mike Florio from Pro Football Talk joined the show. Mike thinks the longer this goes with Aaron Rodgers, means the more Rodgers is waiting for things to go south with JJ McCarthy in Minnesota. Mike questioned why the Steelers are bending at the knee for a Jets reject. Mike said the throwing session with DK Metcalf was encouraging, but he doesn’t think that means everything is set in stone. Mike clarified a few things that people think could be holding up the process here, but none apply to the situation. Is the Minnesota thing still out there? Mike thinks Rodgers really wants to go to Minnesota instead of Pittsburgh and he’s waiting this out as long as he can. The guys asked Mike about a few rule changes made that will be set for the ’25 season.
