Ep 6: Daisy Deane on styling England’s major players and the importance of being authentic

Today’s guest is Daisy Deane, a stylist and creative director. Chances are you’ve already seen and admired her work, given her clients include Ella Eyre, SoccerBible, Nike and SEASON zine of course. Daisy actually approached us with a shoot she and photographer Rebecca Naen did with future SEASON cover star Ocean Lewis in early 2017 that went up on season-zine.com. But we didn’t actually meet until 2018 when Daisy styled me in Nike’s 2018 World Cup campaign. Great day, great team, great pictures. After that, she styled the ‘UNPC FC’ main fashion editorial in issue 05, spotlighting four fans of so-called underdog team which was shared everywhere. Then we were on a panel last year talking about fashion and football culture.
