Ep 35: Solo on Major Medical Anxiety... Alternate Title: We're Getting Old and It's Scary

Guys! Guys. I'm only slightly embarrassed by the fact that I had a full-on breakdown on my IG Stories while discussing my first mammogram. But seriously, it was scary to confront the fact that 1) I am at the age and stage of life where need them now, and 2) Being at the age where you start to worry about your health kinda stinks. Mom anxiety. Or just plain old anxiety. It's real. I already blogged about this issue last week, but I had to talk about it a little more because I heard from SO many people who feel this way too--this sudden realization of their own vulnerability and mortality. So yeah... some serious stuff but promise it's not a total Debbie Downer episode! Lots of laughs too!
