Do you feel any difference if you do yoga without your glasses? :D Which book about mental and/or physical health among the ones you recently read would you recommend You have mentioned a couple of interesting books before so I’m curious to hear if you have any “essentials” to recommend. Bill Bryson - The Body Bessel Van Der Kolk - The Body Keeps the Score Matthew Walker - Why we sleep James Nestor - Breath, The Science of a Lost Art James Clear - Atomic Habits Rick Hanson - Buddha’s Brain, The Practical Neuroscience of Happiness, Love & Wisdom 7 Days for Better Sleep - Free guide to help you improve your sleep quality and quantity, with simple tips and practices you can implement today!
