This week's questions: What to do in times of stress. I thought I understood the difference between flexibility and range of motion but I’m realising that I don’t. When we think “I’m not very flexible”, is it actually that we have a poor range of motion? Can you be relatively flexible and still have a low range? Or is it just different terms that are actually referring to the same concept? Does strength come automatically with Yoga practice or are there any additional strengthening exercises that you would recommend to support the practice? What is your favourite posture? And why?
