Today's questions: Is there a trick to better stick to routines in times of change? Are there different yoga exercises depending on the time you practice (eg energizing exercises when practicing in the morning or calming exercises when training in the evening)? How important is it to follow a progression in regards to yoga postures? Should some of the more advanced ones be tackled only when you have mastered more "basic" ones? Or as long as you feel comfortable/confident enough nothing is off limits? Is it counterproductive in any way to try and aim too high when you are only a beginner?
