What can help dealing with stress and after-vacation/pre-work anxiety of going back to old unhealthy patterns Is it risky or dangerous in any way not to keep your joints slightly bent when most of your body weight is resting on them (for example, the knee when doing the tree pose or the elbow when doing a side plank)? Should you be more careful if you had injuries or fractures in them in the past or is it still completely safe to stretch your limbs fully if they are healed by now? Any questions you'd like me to answer? Feel free to send me a DM on Instagram (@yogawithclem) or via my website (yogawithclem.com) <3
