Welcome! I'm Ede and my goal with this podcast is to provide all the information you need to make the keto or carnivore diet a way of life. Listen to these stories from new and veteren keto/carnivore folks and be inspired to transform your life and seek optimal health. By my family’s history, I should have high blood pressure, heart disease & be a 300lb diabetic by now, but five years ago I took control of my health and turned that around. Cutting carbs was hard but once I got through it & became fat adapted, I was amazed at how great I felt. Suddenly I had tons of energy, lost 80lbs & most importantly felt like I had a healthy way of eating that was sustainable for a lifetime! We’re told getting older means weight gain, aches, pains, and muscle loss, but now I know that is absolutely not our destiny.
