Surviving the car without screens with JJ Campbell

I spend a lot of time in my car. There are days I feel like an Uber driver, taking my kids from activity to activity all day long! And while car behavior and fighting has gotten better as my kids have grown, the car can still be a pretty stressful place! But, it’s summer and a lot of us are doing road trips, so my guest today is here to help us out! JJ Campbell is the host of the Along for the Ride Podcast, which is a family friendly game show on our Christian Parenting Podcast network and is a Thurling family favorite! JJ loves helping parents connect with their kids through simple games, celebrating togetherness, and bringing play back to the forefront for kids! In this episode we talk about JJ’s podcast, why she started it, her heart for families connecting with each other, and how we can use the time we spend with our kids in the car as a time to get to know them and reinforce our family values.
